I want to share my love of mathematics with others. Math is at the core of engineering and doesn’t have to be intimidating.
It’s a universal language that can help unite people from different fields to come up with better solutions to important problems. I’m teaching MATLAB for scientific computing this summer and I hope participants in this workshop walk away understanding that there are a number of simple mathematical equations and algorithms that can be used to facilitate interdisciplinary research.
